When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement. Delivery is estimated to arrive between 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any delays if your shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if shipping delays are caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use the number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping costs?

We have a flat shipping cost of $2.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destination lists, please contact us at service@uhfaop.com

How can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address changes are only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You may contact us at service@uhfaop.com to request such changes.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
